Dennis Taylor began teaching ballroom dance in Chesterville in 2007.  He was a patient and dedicated secondary school teacher who sought to learn, and then teach, ballroom dancing in the Chesterville - Cornwall area.  Dennis devoted his enormous energy and enthusiasm to teaching ballroom dance. His passion for dance combined with his teaching expertise and sense of humour helped many to learn ballroom dance at various levels.  This was reinforced with his generous help at the weekend dances held at the Chesterville Community Centre.  Dennis passed away on November 13, 2025.  The Chesterville Dancers are a group who wish to keep Dennis' love of ballroom dance alive.
